Spinal Stenosis

Spinal Stenosis is one of the most common chronic conditions we see in the clinic.

Definition – It is the combination of two types of spinal issues…Spinal discs keep the bones in place. As they degenerate with age, it brings the bones closer together. Then, the spinal discs may protrude backward which starts pinching the nerves. The nerve pain radiates outward to the legs, and the rest of the body. Also, the joint spaces may rub together which causes calcification to occur.
