As a long-time resident of Southwest Florida for more than 36 years, he has developed strong ties to the community and an understanding of the unique needs of the patients we serve.

With 17 years of experience in medical billing, claims management, health insurance processes, authorizations, and health information technology, Steven offers a comprehensive skill set that supports both clinical operations and exceptional patient service. His career has been heavily focused on orthopedic spine and interventional pain management, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the complexities of these specialties.

Steven is known for his attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to navigate the ever-changing landscape of healthcare regulations and insurance requirements. His expertise helps ensure that patients receive accurate guidance, timely support, and a smooth experience throughout their care journey.
