Practice Manager

I am the Practice Manager at Family Spine and Pain Care, and I bring over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a strong focus on operational efficiency and financial oversight. I hold a degree in Biology and began my career in obstetrics and gynecology, where I spent 15 years developing a deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient needs.

In addition to my clinical foundation, I owned and operated an insurance brokerage for five years, gaining extensive experience in business operations, financial management, and insurance processes. This dual background uniquely positions me to bridge both clinical and administrative functions within a medical practice.

For more than eight years, I have focused on medical practice management, where I have demonstrated expertise in optimizing operations, improving revenue cycle performance, strengthening compliance, and leading organizational growth. My leadership is centered on strategic planning, process improvement, and fiscal responsibility.

Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, visiting the beach, and supporting LSU football.
